Three Horkers - Peter Verboom

There were three kids sitting here chewing tobacco and horking it out like crazy between their legs. What a mess. Taken in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This is just a quick post for this week. I'll upload all my favourite photos from my drive out west next week. Too many to sort though and too much to do right now while getting settled.

Afternoon Nap- Bill at Bmcvisuals

I'm back baby!!  I had a great run at the start, then fell by the way side for a few weeks.  I missed all of you regular viewers.  Thankfully there were some wonderful images by my good friend Peter to keep the site going.  He's putting together a nice little portfolio of images that cover many areas.  I'm grateful that he's on here with me.

So, to this weeks image.  Since I'm back in the big smoke working (thank you, it was a very long 5 months looking for work since being laid off), lunchtime provides me with many opportunities to get out and shoot.  While walking near Church and Queen, I spotted this man taking an afternoon nap and decided to snap a photo.  Funny thing was, it wasn't just the man sleeping that caught my eye, but the triangle shape created by him, the bike, and the empty flower urn.  One major component of photography taught in college was to try to provide an entry to your image, a midpoint, and lastly, an exit.  By capturing all 3 things in this shot, I think I did just that!

Thanks for sticking around.  Bill
