Bridge Through Wheat - Peter Verboom
This photo is of the Burlington Skyway at sunset. It was taken from a low angle on the beach looking up through the wheat growing in the sand. It was very cold near the water and took a lot of effort to steady the camera from my shivering hands.

Frankenmuth Special - Bill at Bmcvisuals
This week sees not just one image from the week, but 5! What's the occasion? Our yearly trip with our best friends to Frankenmuth, Michigan. Home of Bronner's, the worlds largest Christmas store, chicken dinner from Zehnder's, and a whole lot o' shopping from Birch Run outlets.
One extremely large ornament ball in Bronners
My favorite village piece, the Diner. I love that you can see the customers and staff inside. This is in Bronners as well.
Another little village piece, the Poolhall. I liked this one for the speed limit sign and the fact that the man is twice the size of the car.
This trash bin caught my eye as we were leaving Bronners because the light from the sunset hit the icycles at just the right angle, which caused them to stand out. I was not prepared for how cold it was there this year, and it made my morning training sessions shorter than normal.
The Frankenmuth covered bridge. A 239 foot, 230 ton covered bridge made completely of wood which spans the Cass River. It was great running over this Saturday morning with no one around and everything being entirely quiet.

Big Moon - Bill at Bmcvisuals
It seems that many people I know made reference to the big moon last week. So I thought it was suitable for me to post the shot I took from my front porch, just close to 11:30 pm.

First of many dentist appointments - Bill at Bmcvisuals
This was going to be a hard choice this week; however, after shooting this image today I knew it was the one to post. The composition is pretty spot on as you can see exactly what is going on in the shot. What I'm most proud of though is my little girl. For her first dentist visit, she was GREAT! She got to sport some rocking shades, sat still and listened to the hygenist and doctor, got a new Ariel toothbrush, and a smile sticker. All done without so much as a peep. In fact, she stood by mommy's side to comfort her (even though mommy is tough and was only getting a cleaning). My Quinn surprises me every day.

Sun Bathing - Bill at Bmcvisuals
Our Boston loves the sun! She'll search everywhere throughout the house looking for warm spots just like the one in the photo. I spotted her from the kitchen, grabbed my camera and fired off a shot. I got low to capture the faint reflection on our hardwood and her cozy position.
